Can I request care for only a few hours or a short period?
Yes. Tell us the dates and hours you need for an ad hoc or short-term arrangement. Availability, minimum booking requirements and the final care scope are confirmed with the team.
Can we arrange a regular nanny for long-term care?
Yes. We discuss recurring days and hours, your child’s routines and the qualities you value in a caregiver. Caregiver continuity is considered when matching, and is subject to availability.
What can my nanny help with?

Do the ECDA pilot subsidies and deposit terms apply?
Private nanny care is separate from the subsidised ECDA Childminding Pilot. The applicable fees, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided for your private care booking.
