General questions

Choosing a service, enquiries, personalised care and parent resources.

EduNanny® is part of the BUTLER® Group. We support infants, children and families through childminding, private nanny care, event childcare, confinement support, travel nanny care and Talent Workshops. Safe care, thoughtful attention and a close partnership with parents guide our work.

Start with where and when you need support.

If you are unsure, tell us what your family needs and we will help you explore the options.

Use our enquiry form or WhatsApp EduNanny at +65 8809 0777. Share your child’s age, the service you are considering, location, dates, hours and relevant care needs. For an event or trip, include the venue or itinerary.

Our team will discuss suitability, availability, scope, fees and terms. A booking is confirmed only after the arrangement has been agreed with the team; sending an enquiry does not reserve care.

We begin with your child’s feeding and rest routines, comfort cues, interests, emerging abilities and your family’s preferences. These details help shape the care brief and suitable activities. Responsibilities and communication are agreed for the service you choose.

Warm conversation, stories, music, purposeful play and suitable movement create opportunities to connect and learn during everyday care. Activities follow the child’s interests and readiness, alongside feeding, rest and comfort. Every child develops at their own pace.

Please tell us about allergies, dietary requirements, disabilities or additional support needs before booking. We will discuss caregiver experience, the care scope and whether a suitable arrangement is available. Specialist or clinical support should be agreed with the relevant professional.

Caregiver suitability, preparation and a safe care environment are considered before care begins. We agree routines, emergency contacts, responsibilities and handovers with your family or organiser. Our pilot childminders undergo background and pre-deployment medical checks, infant care, infant first aid and food hygiene training. For other services, our team can explain the screening and role-relevant preparation for your proposed arrangement.

Each service has its own arrangements. ECDA pilot fees, CDA eligibility and subscription deposits apply to the pilot; they do not automatically apply to private, event, confinement, travel or workshop bookings. Our team confirms the applicable fees, GST treatment, payment and cancellation terms before you commit.

Agree the update and contact arrangements before care begins. Our pilot uses daily care updates and routine communication; other services follow the communication plan agreed with your family or organiser. For enquiries, billing or feedback, contact EduNanny at +65 8809 0777.

Private Nanny Services

Regular, short-term and ad hoc care in your own home.

Choose ad hoc or short-term support for specific dates, or regular care on a long-term basis. We plan the schedule around your child’s routine and your family’s needs, subject to nanny availability.

Rates start from S$25 per hour. Share your dates, hours, location and care requirements so our team can confirm the applicable rate, any additional charges, GST treatment and booking terms before you commit.

Yes. Tell us the dates and hours you need for an ad hoc or short-term arrangement. Availability, minimum booking requirements and the final care scope are confirmed with the team.

Yes. We discuss recurring days and hours, your child’s routines and the qualities you value in a caregiver. Caregiver continuity is considered when matching, and is subject to availability.

The agreed plan can include feeding support, rest routines, nappy changes, everyday hygiene, attentive supervision and age-appropriate play. Discuss any additional duties or support needs in advance so the scope is clear.

EduNanny combines attentive care with purposeful, age-appropriate engagement. Stories, conversation, movement, music and play are selected around your child’s interests and readiness, supporting language, confidence, curiosity and everyday abilities.

Share dietary requirements, allergies, routines and any developmental or care needs during consultation. We discuss suitability, caregiver experience and the agreed support before confirming the arrangement.

Share your child’s feeding and sleep routines, emergency contacts, authorised handover arrangements and relevant care instructions. Prepare the agreed supplies and a safe care space at home.

We follow your child’s agreed rest routine and support nappy changes, everyday hygiene and a clean care space. Baby bathing is not included in our private nanny care. Parents should handle this or arrange a suitable trained caregiver separately. Discuss the care duties and supplies before your nanny starts.

Private nanny care is separate from the subsidised ECDA Childminding Pilot. The applicable fees, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided for your private care booking.

Enquire with your child’s age, location, dates, hours and preferred care pattern. Our team will discuss suitable options and confirm the care scope, fees and terms. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking.

ECDA Childminding Pilot

Eligibility, subscriptions, day-use care, fees, health policies and your infant’s day.

Eligibility, plans and care settings

The pilot is for Singapore Citizen infants aged 2–18 months who are not concurrently enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant care centre. It runs from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2027.

See ECDA’s official pilot information for eligibility and programme details.

Subscription care is an enrolment with guaranteed placement until your infant turns 18 months old, under the agreed care plan and enrolment terms. A S$1,000 security deposit applies.

Day-use / ad hoc care is booked for the dates you need, subject to availability. No deposit is required, and it does not reserve an ongoing place.

Both options are available in agreed 5-hour or 10-hour care blocks.

Eligible pilot care is available Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, within 7am–7pm. A 5-hour block costs S$16.50 per day before GST; a 10-hour block costs S$33 per day before GST.

At 9% GST, an example of 20 billable weekdays is S$359.70 for 5-hour care or S$719.40 for 10-hour care. Your actual total depends on your agreed plan and billable days.

Confirm the dates, care block and applicable charges with our team before booking.

Care takes place in a childminder’s home or a community setting. EduNanny offers community-based care at Tampines East CC, alongside home-based locations. Current vacancies depend on the location and schedule.

Ask our team about available places, or view the official ChildminderGoWhere directory. Care in your own home is arranged separately through our private nanny service.

Parents are encouraged to meet the childminder and visit the home or community setting before deciding. For subscription enrolment, a 5-day trial can be arranged after the visit, subject to availability and the agreed trial terms.

Following the trial, the full subscription contract begins and runs until your infant turns 18 months old. Confirm the visit, trial, fees and enrolment details with our team.

One childminder cares for up to three infants. This small-group setting creates room to notice individual cues, respond warmly and support suitable play and learning around each infant’s daily routines.

Pilot childminders undergo background and pre-deployment medical checks, with infant care, infant first aid and food hygiene training. A nap camera is provided above the baby’s cot. Our team can explain how access is arranged for your care setting.

Subscription, payments and plan changes

Subscription: a refundable S$1,000 security deposit is required on enrolment, payable by bank transfer or PayNow. It is returned when your child graduates at 18 months, subject to the enrolment terms.

Day-use / ad hoc: no deposit is required. Care must be confirmed for the requested dates and remains subject to availability.

Service-fee payments can be made through CDA for eligible fees, credit or debit card, or PayNow. Our team will confirm payment instructions for your arrangement.

CDA funds can be used for eligible ECDA pilot service fees, subject to your child’s eligibility and available account balance. CDA funds can include the First Step Grant, your savings and eligible Government co-matching contributions.

The subscription security deposit is paid separately by bank transfer or PayNow. CDA eligibility for pilot fees does not extend automatically to other EduNanny services.

The subscription contract runs until your infant turns 18 months old. Early withdrawal incurs S$200 for each remaining contract month.

  • With one month’s notice, the S$1,000 deposit can offset the cancellation fee; any remaining balance must be paid.
  • Without notice, the deposit is forfeited and the full cancellation fee remains payable.
  • Calculation: S$200 × remaining contract months until your child turns 18 months old.

In special circumstances, a fee waiver may be considered, subject to review and approval. Read these terms with your enrolment agreement. Day-use bookings follow the terms confirmed for that booking.

You may request a change, subject to availability and approval. Upgrades are possible when capacity permits, with revised fees from the next billing cycle or an agreed start date. Downgrades should be arranged at the end of a billing cycle and take effect from the following cycle after notice.

A 10-hour place is not guaranteed if you later wish to switch back. Submit your request through the EduNanny App or contact our concierge at +65 8809 0777 so the change can be documented.

Please contact the team before extending care. Care beyond the allocated block may be charged as a full 10-hour day. Care after 7pm may incur S$15 per 30-minute block. Any extended arrangement, availability and charges must be confirmed with EduNanny.

Daily care, health and safe handovers

We will discuss an alternative arrangement, which may include our Tampines East CC setting or another qualified home-based childminder nearby. We will inform you when a replacement is confirmed. Contact the team before bringing your infant to a different care location so the arrangement can be agreed.

Our pilot care follows a No Sick Child Policy. Infants must rest at home if they have any of the following:

  • Fever of 37.5°C or above.
  • Diarrhoea or vomiting.
  • A persistent cough, or a runny nose with green or yellow mucus.
  • An active contagious condition, such as HFMD, COVID-19 or conjunctivitis.
  • Fever medication given before drop-off to suppress symptoms.

If your infant becomes unwell during care, we will contact you promptly for collection and care for them away from other infants where appropriate. A medical certificate confirming recovery is required for re-admission after a diagnosed communicable illness and may be requested for other illnesses.

Under our pilot care policy, childminders do not administer medication. This includes oral medicines, medicated creams or ointments, supplements and traditional remedies. If your infant needs medication during the care day, they must remain at home until recovery. Discuss the care arrangement with the team if you are unsure.

Submit vaccination records during enrolment and keep them updated. Your infant must be medically fit and symptom-free before returning to care.

EduNanny’s pilot attendance policy requires at least three days of rest at home after rotavirus vaccination, including the first and second doses. No medication is administered during care. This is our service attendance policy; discuss your infant’s health or vaccination concerns with their healthcare professional.

Tampines East CC: complimentary meals are provided for infants eating solids. Meals are Halal and prepared according to Health Promotion Board guidelines. Parents with specific dietary preferences provide their child’s food.

Home-based care: meal arrangements are agreed with the childminder; parents generally provide food.

Frozen breast milk and formula are accepted. Label bottles with your child’s name and the relevant date and time of expression for breast milk. Under our care policy, milk left unused one hour after warming is discarded. Share allergies and feeding instructions before care begins.

Only people listed on the Authorised Persons to Fetch Child form may collect your infant. If someone else needs to collect them, inform us in writing beforehand and ensure that person presents valid physical or digital identification for verification.

Infants remain within the agreed home or community care environment during service hours. Childminders are not permitted to take them out for park visits or errands under our pilot care policy.

Use your baby group chat and the EduNanny care platform for daily updates, attendance, routine communication, same-day changes and late pick-up notices. Follow the contact process agreed at enrolment for urgent care matters.

For billing, plan changes, formal requests or feedback, use the care platform or contact the EduNanny team by email or WhatsApp at +65 8809 0777. Keeping requests documented helps us respond and follow up.

Attention, learning and development

We follow the infant’s cues, interests and readiness. Shared stories, conversation, songs, sensory exploration and safe movement create small opportunities for discovery within the everyday care routine. Feeding, rest and wellbeing remain central.

Each infant develops at their own pace. Lower-ratio care gives the childminder more time to notice emerging abilities and offer suitable opportunities to practise and explore. It does not promise a particular milestone at a fixed age.

Share discoveries from home and discuss how observations from care will be communicated, so we can support your infant together.

Event & Corporate Nanny Services

Ages, staffing, venue preparation, activities and safe collection.

We plan childcare for weddings, family celebrations, corporate functions, community events and private gatherings. Share your event brief so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Our event offering covers children from 6 months to 12 years. Tell us each child’s age and any care needs so staffing, activities and rest arrangements can be planned appropriately.

Staffing is planned around the children’s ages, numbers, care needs, hours and venue. The ECDA pilot’s care ratio does not automatically apply to event care; the event supervision plan is agreed in your proposal.

Discuss a defined, safe childcare area, access to suitable facilities, and any quiet space needed for feeding or rest. Equipment, activity materials, venue responsibilities and setup arrangements are agreed before the event.

Yes. We plan purposeful play suited to the group, such as stories, creative activities, games and music. Activities support engagement, expression and social confidence while fitting the occasion and the children’s ages.

Share routines, dietary requirements, allergies and care instructions in advance. Feeding, rest, supplies and any additional support are included only within the agreed event care plan.

We agree check-in, parent contact and authorised collection arrangements with the organiser. Families should understand the childcare area, service hours and who is responsible for collecting each child.

Fees depend on the agreed staffing, hours, venue, setup and care requirements. Enquire as early as your event details are available; our team will confirm availability, the proposal and booking terms.

Confinement Nanny Services

Newborn routines, support hours, practical duties and booking details.

The care brief can include feeding support, settling and rest routines, everyday newborn care and practical duties agreed with your family. We discuss your baby’s needs, family preferences and caregiver suitability before confirming the arrangement.

Share your expected delivery or start date, location, preferred dates and support hours, whether you expect daytime or overnight help, and the practical support your household needs. Enquire early so we can discuss caregiver availability and a suitable plan.

Tell us the duration and hours you would like. Availability, the schedule, caregiver rest arrangements and applicable fees are discussed for your booking. Daytime, overnight or live-in support should be confirmed specifically with the team.

Please list any meal preparation, household tasks or bathing support you are considering. These duties are discussed individually and are included only when expressly agreed in the care plan with a suitable caregiver.

Share your feeding arrangements, comfort routines and cultural or household preferences during the consultation. We agree how the caregiver will support these within the care scope. Clinical concerns should be discussed with your healthcare professional.

Review the dates, hours, agreed duties, caregiver availability, fees, GST treatment, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before support begins. ECDA pilot subsidies and subscription deposits do not automatically apply to confinement care.

Discuss your ongoing needs with our team. Private nanny care may offer a suitable next step for regular, short-term or occasional support at home, subject to availability.

Travel Nanny Services

Your itinerary, care hours, travel arrangements and familiar routines.

Share your travel dates, destinations, children’s ages, itinerary, accommodation and preferred care hours. Include feeding and rest routines, settling preferences and any allergies or additional care needs.

Tell us where and when support would be needed, including travel days, outings and any overnight hours. The team will discuss caregiver availability and suitability. Each part of the trip must be included in the agreed care plan.

Travel, accommodation, care hours, caregiver rest, fees and each party’s responsibilities are discussed before the booking is confirmed. For overseas travel, agree the necessary documentation and entry arrangements with the team before making commitments that depend on nanny support.

We plan feeding, rest, play and parent handovers around your itinerary. Familiar books, toys, comfort items and clear care instructions help make new surroundings feel reassuring. Share which routines matter most to your child.

Discuss changes with the team as soon as possible. Revised hours, locations, availability and any additional charges must be agreed. Clear handovers help parents and the nanny understand who is responsible for the child throughout the trip.

The proposal reflects the agreed itinerary, care hours and travel arrangements. Review fees, expenses, GST treatment, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirming. ECDA pilot subsidies and subscription deposit terms do not automatically apply.

Yes. Tell us about any support you would like before or after travelling. Private nanny care is arranged separately for regular, short-term or ad hoc support, subject to availability.

Talent Workshops

Ages, session details, guest facilitators and registering interest.

Registering interest is not a confirmed booking. Specific guests, group sizes, locations, dates and fees will be announced so you can review the session details.

The recommended ages and participation details are confirmed for each workshop. Review the session announcement to choose an experience appropriate for your child.

Guests are curated for the workshop theme and confirmed for each session. Guest names and programme details are announced after confirmation.

Workshops offer opportunities to explore interests, ask questions and try suitable activities with guidance. Children participate according to their age, interests and readiness. Session details explain the theme and experience before parents book.

Talent Workshops are separate enrichment experiences. Review the age range, session duration, supervision and any parent participation requirements in the confirmed session details. If you need childcare, speak with our team about the appropriate care service.

Check the confirmed theme, guest or facilitator, recommended ages, date, venue, duration, group size, fees, parent participation requirements and booking or cancellation terms. Share any access or support needs with the team before booking.
